All Tour Operators must ONLY use our website at http://tourops.4tanzania.com. That is the Tour Operators Home Page at the MVCC and only from this page can Tour Operators begin to reserve rooms at the MVCC.

The following text explains how you Register with the MVCC which is only ever done once and is necessary for you to keep your bookings private from all other tour operators.

1. Enter the MVCC Website at http://tourops.4tanzania.com and in that page do this:-
2. Click on the underlined text in the line that looks like this:- NEW TOUR OPERATORS - must Register Here First
3. You will now see the Registration Page in which you enter all the information about your Tour Op Company, some hints here:-
1. Make sure that you use your professional (work, tour op) email address and repeat it so that we can make sure you have entered it correctly.
2. The email address should not be a personal one because individuals leave companies and their address is no longer valid....
3. So use an email address that is always valid e.g. info@myCompany.tz or bookings@myCompany.tz and let everyone who deals with bookings have acces to this mailbox.
4. That email address will be used when you login to the MVCC bookings site.
5. That email address is also used to send all confirrmations of bookings, your invoices and reminders - it is a very important mail adress for our fully automated booking system!
6. Make sure that you use a password that you can remember. You enter your password twice too, to ensure it is correct. This password will also be used by you when you login to MVCC.
7. The security question and your answer to it must be something you can remember so that if you ever forget your password we can ask you the security question and check your answer. Only if your answer is correct will we pass on your own private information to you.
4. When you have finished entering your registration details then click on the button 'Finish Registration'.
5. After you clicked that button (and have entered everything correctly) you will be sent an email with your login information including your id-number which you will also need to login.
6. As soon as you have registered you will automatically be taken back to the tour operator home page.
7. Now you can click on the second item in that page to login. Once you have registered you never have to do that again. Each time you come back to the MVCC you must login.
